Okay, looks like we’ve got a bit of a problem.

A good friend of mine, Liz, pretty much is going to end up homeless at the end of the month, with nowhere else to go. She lives with her brother (who suffers from Dyslexia, chronic OCD, ADHD, and a Learning Disability that leaves him at about a 3rd grade reading level and it’s very hard for him to find work) and her mom, and they can’t afford the rent.

Liz is a very, very sweet girl and I really don’t want to think about her ending up on the streets in the winter months. 

They haven’t quite been able to get back on their feet since her dad, who didn’t have life insurance, died back in November.

They’ve been left with pretty much nothing to their name and they’re struggling to get by as it is. They’ve got a cat and they’ll have to get rid of the poor thing after this last bag of food is used up and.. well, that sucks.

SO.

What we’ve decided to do - by we, I mean myself, Koorii, Specs, and Ash, is take up commissions to try and help her get by. We don’t know how much we’re going to make but we figure that every little bit helps and if we can help our friend get out of this bind, then.. well, the work is worth it.

KOORII:

Koorii is willing to draw NSFW stuff, too, and LINKED HERE are some examples of her fine work.

She’ll do bigger commissions, too, and those run anywhere from $25-$60 and will be backlisted until after the sketch commissions are over. Money will have to be paid up front for bigger commissions because we’re in a rush.

MYSELF:

My art blog is HERE and I’ll be taking sketch commissions seeing as how everything else takes me forever and a day.

I’m going with $7 sketches. I’ll do basic characters, features, general poses and ask me about anything else you have in mind.

After his experiences, John has become somewhat distrustful of people he meets in person. His universe has shown him a darker side of humanity the likes of raiders, killers, maniacs, and the like, and a mutual distrust was par the course lest he find a knife poised at his throat. To this day, he does attempt to be social with people he meets online, but he would vary rarely trust a stranger he may meet on the street, to the point where he becomes dismissive and harsh just to them just to leave him and his daughter alone.
